Saawariya Power, we ensure all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue, our Return Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.


The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels.

Products NOT eligible for return:

  • Used or installed electrical items
  • Customer-damaged items
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Clearance / discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Items customized or specially ordered

2. Proof Required for Returns

To process your return request efficiently, please provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Unboxing video (if available)
  • Order ID and customer details

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Submit photos/videos and issue details.
  3. Our team will verify the claim.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange:
    • Pickup of the product, and
    • Replacement or refund as applicable.

No return will be accepted without prior approval from our support team.


4. Replacement Process

If the same product is available in stock, we will dispatch a replacement after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If not available, you may choose:

  • An alternative product of similar value, OR
  • A full refund (as per Refund Policy)

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect → Return shipping is free.
  • If the return is not eligible → Customer must bear return pickup/shipping charges.

6. Conditions That Void Returns

A return will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used/installed
  • The item is returned without original packaging
  • The return request is raised after 48 hours
  • The product is physically damaged due to customer handling
  • Serial number/brand seal is tampered

7. Return Timeline

  • Verification: 24–48 hours after receiving details
  • Pickup: 2–4 business days (depending on location)
  • Replacement/Refund: After inspection of returned product
