This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are handled.

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .


1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or installed products
  • Physically damaged items due to customer handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items bought on clearance or special order (unless damaged on arrival)

2. Proof Required

To process your return request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Unboxing video (if available; helpful for faster approval)
  • Order ID and purchase details

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share the required proof (photos/videos).
  3. Our team will verify the issue.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange:
    • Replacement, or
    • Refund as per customer choice (when applicable).

4. Refund Process

A. Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method
(UPI / card / net banking / wallet).
Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

B. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer, or
  • UPI ID

You must provide accurate details for smooth refund processing.

C. Partial Refunds

If only a part of the order is defective or incorrect, a partial refund may be issued.


5. Replacement Policy

If the exact product is not available for replacement:

  • You may choose another product of similar value, OR
  • Request a full refund.

6. Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged/incorrect product, return shipping is free.
  • For non-eligible returns, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

7. Order Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the maximum expected delivery time:

  • Contact us with your Order ID
  • We will coordinate with the courier
  • Refund or replacement will be issued if shipment is confirmed lost

8. When Refund Cannot Be Issued

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product is used, installed, or altered
  • The issue is reported after 48 hours
  • The product is returned without authorization
  • Product is physically tampered by customer
