1. Order Cancellation by Customer
A. Before Dispatch
- You may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped.
- To cancel your order, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
B. After Dispatch
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- You may still be eligible for returns/refunds only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation of Bulk Orders
For bulk or wholesale orders, cancellation is allowed only before processing.
Once processing, packaging, or invoicing has started, cancellation may not be accepted.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment provider or bank.
- No cancellation charges are applied for orders cancelled before dispatch.
4. Order Cancellation by Saawariya Power
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:
- Product out of stock
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment not received or failed
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Delivery address not serviceable
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.
